Two BKT EuroCup clubs improved their frontcourts on Monday, securing versatile forwards with proven scoring records across Europe.

Tofas injected elite athleticism into their squad by signing American forward Gabe Brown, who makes the move after a productive campaign in France with SIG Strasbourg and will debut in the second tier of Euroleague Basketball.

The 26-year-old Michigan State alumnus brings a dangerous perimeter threat and defensive versatility to the Turkish side, having previously showcased his skills in the G League and Italy’s LBA UnipolSai.

Brown averaged 13.6 points and 3.1 rebounds per game last season in France’s Betclic Elite. His signing marks the second high-profile acquisition for the Bursa outfit within a matter of days, following the arrival of playmaker Bryce Jones, who reunited with new head coach Massimo Cancellieri.

Elsewhere in the EuroCup field, U-BT Cluj-Napoca strengthened their interior rotation by finalizing a deal with Serbian power forward Dusan Beslac. The 27-year-old Serbian national team member transitions to the Romanian champions after a three-year stint with Avtodor Saratov in the VTB United League to debut in continental club competition.

Standing at 2.05 meters, the Sombor native is highly regarded for his modern skill set, combining fluid athleticism and shot-blocking instincts with a reliable three-point stroke. Despite battling a midseason knee injury that limited him to 13 appearances last year, he remained highly efficient, averaging 12.8 points and 4.5 rebounds per contest.

Head coach Mihai Silvașan had long monitored the former Serbian domestic league MVP, identifying his size and strong character as ideal fits for the club’s European ambitions.
