Ryan Garcia threatens Devin Haney with cease-and-desist after latest exchange

“I was a WBC champion for years never been tested once,” Haney wrote on X.

“Again you are an idiot, and now you are pissing me off, I just got tested yesterday,” Garcia said in response. “Either you shut the f* up or Ima do a Haney and send a cease and desist letter.”

Garcia also stood firm on his insistence that he has continued testing, rejecting any suggestion that drug use remains an issue.
