Logan Storley was arrested Monday in Key West, Fla., and is being charged with one count of sexual battery following an alleged incident at a strip club.

MMA Fighting’s Damon Martin confirmed the news, following an initial report by the Miami Herald.

According to the Miami Herald, Storley is accused of sexually battering a woman in the street while the veteran professional fighter was completely naked. Storley allegedly met the woman at the Bull and Whistle strip club and attempted to dance with the woman and her sister despite their repeated attempts to tell Storley they weren’t interested. Eventually, the woman ended up on the third floor of the club, where nudity is permitted, though she again attempted to avoid Storley when he continued to pursue her.

When the woman exited the club, Storley allegedly followed her and then had intercourse with the woman against her will in an alley, per the report. Employees of another strip bar claim to have witnessed the incident, resulting in a still-naked Storley allegedly attempting to flee before being apprehended by a manager and then taken to officers in the area.

Storley, a veteran of Bellator and PFL, was taken into custody early Monday morning and booked into Monroe County jail, according to the initial report. The 33-year-old has been released on a $50,000 bond.

The arrest comes a little over two weeks after Storley—who currently resides in Deerfield Beach, Fla.—headlined a PFL event in his home state of Sioux Falls, where he scored a unanimous decision win over Florim Zendeli. MMA Fighting’s Mike Heck confirmed with PFL that Storley had parted ways with the league before Monday’s arrest.

Storley’s arraignment is set for June 5.
