Olympiacos released Kostas Antetokounmpo, and the former Laker is officially the newest member of Aris BC.
The club announced a three-year contract, with an option for the third year, according to Eurohoops sources, and the 27-year-old, who also finished the season on loan at Aris, will continue his career with the same jersey.
This move will further strengthen the frontline following the acquisition of Khem Birch and add another Greek player to the roster.
At the same time, Aris is waiting on developments regarding Giannoulis Larentzakis.
The guard signed a three-year contract last year with Olympiacos.
However, it is clear that Aris is interested in “Lari,” while AEK is also in the mix, but the Thessaloniki team currently has a better chance of closing the deal.
