Welcome to Wrestling Inc.’s results for “WWE NXT” on May 26, 2026, coming to you live from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida!

Kelani Jordan made it crystal clear during last Tuesday’s edition of “NXT” that she felt like she deserved a shot at Lola Vice’s NXT Women’s Championship, but Izzi Dame of The Culling interrupted her and called her own shot. Vice showed up moments later, telling Dame that she could have her shot tonight and Jordan could have the one after that before Wren Sinclair snuck up behind Jordan by hitting her with her crutch as her WrenQCC stablemate Kendal Grey caused a distraction. Following such events, Vice will indeed be putting her NXT Women’s Championship on the line tonight against Dame while Jordan will be colliding with Sinclair.

Two other members of The Culling will be in action, as Shawn Spears and Niko Vance square off against OTM’s Bronco Nima and Lucien Price. Both Dame and Vance expressed concern backstage last Tuesday to one another with Spears choosing tonight to have his and Vance’s tag team match seeing as Dame is also challenging for the NXT Women’s Championship.

Layla Diggs will be competing in her first ever match on “NXT” as she goes one-on-one with Jaida Parker. As Diggs was watching a clip of Nattie sharing her thoughts about Parker surrounded by several other women in the women’s locker room last Tuesday, Parker confronted her and a verbal altercation between the pair ensued.

Elsewhere, Sean Legacy will be taking on Dorian Van Dux in a first round match for a WWE Speed Championship Number One Contenders Tournament. Not only does BirthRight’s Lexis King currently hold the Speed Championship after beating EK Prosper at Week Two of the “NXT” Revenge special on April 21, but the winner of tonight’s match will square off against the winner of another First Round match between Nathan Frazer and Romeo Moreno in the semifinals.

Additionally, King’s fellow BirthRight stablemate Charlie Dempsey will be going head-to-head with Shiloh Hill in singles competition.

We are live! Vic Joseph and Booker T greet audiences at home as Wren Sinclair and Kendal Grey make their way to the ring. Kelani Jordan follows.

Kelani Jordan vs. Wren Sinclair (w/ Kendal Grey)

Jordan blindsides Sinclair with a forearm and fires off stomps on her. Sinclair gets up and the bell sounds before herself and Jordan exchange right hands with one another in the ring. Jordan lands a boot on Sinclair’s midsection, then sends her crashing into the corner face first.

Jordan and Sinclair take turns rolling up one another in the ring and kicking out during the commercial break, but Jordan wears down Sinclair with a submission to Sinclair’s previously injured knee back from the break. Sinclair crawls over to the bottom rope to break the hold, then connects with a back body drop on Jordan and levels her with a pair of clotheslines.

Sinclair lands a pair of double underhook suplexes on Jordan, but Jordan looks to land a split legged moonsault on her. Sinclair moves out of the way, but Jordan cinches in a crossface on Sinclair. She transitions into a modified Texas Cloverleaf on the mat, and Sinclair taps out.

Winner: Kelani Jordan

DarkState then makes their way to the ring.

We Hear From DarkState

Osiris Griffin says DarkState striking took on a whole new meaning last week. He says Saquon Shugars was always the odd man out of DarkState considering that himself, Cutler James, and Dion Lennox are all former D1 standout athletes. Lennox says Shugars was just an independent wrestler and while he knew his way around the ring, he was the last pick in DarkState. James says DarkState has said from day one that the success of the group is more important than their independent success, but Shugars became a liability. He says Shugars ran into every situation blind with no regard for consequences, and last week was the last straw.

Lennox says he was initially shocked to see Griffin and James attack Shugars, but he knew the play when he saw them attacked. He says Shugars tried turning Griffin and James against him by calling him the leader of DarkState and acting better than he is, but says he’s not acting and he’s better than Shugars. He says John Cena and Robert Stone have both chosen him for big opportunities that he earned, then says he built DarkState brick by brick and Shugars won’t be the one to tear it down.

Griffin says when the lights go out, the people in the locker room better keep their heads on a swivel. Lennox adds that DarkState is back and the WWE Universe or those in the back haven’t seen a thing yet because no one is safe.

Sean Legacy then makes his way to the ring. Dorian Van Dux follows.

Sean Legacy vs. Dorian Van Dux in a First Round Match For The WWE Speed Championship Number One Contenders Tournament

The bell rings as the three minute time limit begins, and Legacy delivers a double stop to Van Dux’s spine. He dropkicks him out of the ring, then sends him crashing into the mat spine first. The clock passes two remaining minutes as Legacy looks to land a 450 Splash on Van Dux off the top rope, but Van Dux moves out of the way and powerbombs Legacy into the mat.

Van Dux goes for a pin, but Legacy kicks out and dials it up for a 619 on Van Dux. The clock passes one remaining minute as Legacy looks to land a 450 Splash off the top rope. Van Dux gets his knees up and looks to fly off the ropes, but Legacy catches him with a dropkick mid-air. 20 seconds remain on the clock as Legacy dumps Van Dux onto the apron. Van Dux rocks Legacy with an enzuigiri, but Legacy pulls Van Dux off the top rope with a double underhook maneuver. The time limit runs out on the clock, with the ring announcer explaining that both men have been eliminated and Vic Joseph announcing that the winner of the First Round Match For The WWE Speed Championship Number One Contenders Tournament tonight will automatically challenge Lexis King for the Speed Championship.

Winner: N/A

Jaida Parker then makes her way to the ring. Layla Diggs and Nattie follow.

Jaida Parker vs. Layla Diggs (w/ Nattie)

The bell rings and Diggs gloats. Parker rains down right hands on her and drapes her across the middle turnbuckle, then sets up for her signature Hip Attack. Diggs moves out of the way and levels Parker with a back heel kick, but Parker delivers her signature Hip Attack to Diggs. Diggs levels Parker with a flipping kick and pins her, but Parker kicks out and Diggs ascends to the top rope.

Diggs looks to land a moonsault on Parker, but Parker moves out of the way and lands a Hip Attack on her. She stares down Diggs, then lands a sit-out powerbomb on her for the win.

Winner: Jaida Parker

Tony D’Angleo then makes his way to the ring.

We Hear From Tony D’Angleo

D’Angelo says for the past month or so, there have been new, young, and hungry faces in “NXT” which makes the brand a little more unpredictable and exciting. He says while that’s great for the WWE Universe, it’s less great for him as NXT Champion. He addresses Kam Hendrix and says it’s up to the fans to decide his potential, but he won’t become the NXT Champion next week.

D’Angelo calls out Naraku, and Naraku makes his way to the ring. D’Angelo says Naraku likes to talk in riddles, but he’s a straight shooter and invites Naraku to say he wants a shot at the NXT Championship. Naraku says he’s in “NXT” to keep D’Angelo and his NXT Championship safe, but D’Angelo says he’s not buying what Naraku is saying. Naraku promises to keep D’Angelo safe as NXT Championship because it’s tier destiny to meet in the ring.

Hendrix’s music hits and he makes his way out. He says D’Angelo changed his life around, but he has seven days left because it’s lights, Kam, action next week for the NXT Championship. He says he’ll destroy a pillar of “NXT” next week and says it takes confidence for Hendrix to confront him, then says while Hendrix gets to be VIP at parties, he sacrifices everything for the NXT Championship. He says he doubted if he could ever be NXT Champion, but he’s standing in the ring across from someone who was handed a title match.

Hendrix looks to blindside D’Angelo from behind as D’Angelo leaves the ring, but Naraku stops Hendrix and clotheslines him out of the ring.

We then head backstage to a conversation between Myles Borne and Tavion Heights, where Borne tells Heights that he has to slow down. Heights responds by telling Borne that it’s a good thing Hendrix chose to challenge D’Angelo for his NXT Championship, but DarkState appears out of nowhere to attack both Borne and Heights before leaving them laid out.

We then head to a backstage verbal confrontation between Tate Wilder and Jackson Drake as Vanity Project stands by. This ends with Wilder challenging Drake to a match next week as a bewildered Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes stand by.

Back at ringside, Nathan Frazer and Axiom make their way out. Romeo Moreno and Noam Dar follow.

Romeo Moreno (w/ Noam Dar) vs. Nathan Frazer (w/ Axiom) in a First Round Match For The WWE Speed Championship Number One Contenders Tournament

The bell rings as the three minute time limit begins, and Moreno levels Frazer with a missile dropkick off the top rope. He wears down Frazer with a submission hold, but Frazer ascends to the top rope as the clock passes a minute and a half remaining. Moreno pulls Frazer off the ropes, but Frazer delivers a twisting neckbreaker to Moreno. The clock passes one remaining minute, and the two continue back and forth with one another. With four seconds left on the clock, Moreno rolls up Frazer for the win.

Winner: Romeo Moreno

Bronco Nima and Lucien Price make their way to the ring ahead of their tag team match against The Culling, but Shawn Spears blindsides them both from behind and cracks a chair across their spine. Officials run out to the ring to check on OTM, and Niko Vance follows them as he gets into Spears’ face seemingly unaware of the plan.

We then head backstage, where Shiloh Hill runs into Zaria and tries getting her to sign his petition to become Mr. NXT. Zaria declines to do so and notes that she’s looking for Tatum Paxley, but Lizzy Rain attacks her and the two women begin to brawl.

Back at ringside, BirthRight makes their way out. Hill follows.

Charlie Dempsey vs. Shiloh Hill

The bell rings and the two men lock up. Hill sends Dempsey crashing out of the ring.

Dempsey catches Hill in a Triangle back from the break, but Hill makes it to his feet and sends Dempsey crashing into the mat with a powerbomb. He sends Dempsey crashing into the mat face first and delivers a tilt-a-whirl bodyslam to him, then connects with a standing flip on him before Dempsey fires off strikes on Hill.

Hill catches Dempsey with a pop-up forearm, then delivers a suplex to him and transitions into a pinfall for the win.

Winner: Shiloh Hill

After the match, Hill continues to petition to be Mr. NXT. Tristan Angels makes his way out and once again objects to Hill’s petition for being Mr. NXT, then says Hill can’t hack it in his domain and informs Hill that Robert Stone has agreed to hold a Mr. NXT Pageant in two weeks. Hill responds by saying he can’t wait to embarrass Angels.

We then head backstage, where Izzi Dame chews Shawn Spears out for attacking OTM. Dame says Spears made the right call, and The Culling then make their way to the ring. Lola Vice follows.

Lola Vice (c) vs. Izzi Dame (w/ Shawn Spears and Niko Vance) for the NXT Women’s Championship

The bell rings and Dame fires off shoulders on Vice’s midsection in the corner. Vice lands a spinning kick on Dame’s midsection and levels her with a cannonball off the ring apron on the outside, then dumps Dame back inside the ring.

Dame lands a backstabber on Parker, but OTM appears at ringside and brawl with Spears and Vance to the back as a confused Dame watches from inside the ring. She then delivers a kick to Vice’s midsection during the commercial break and fires off shoulders on her spine in the corner, before whipping her into the opposite corner and landing a backbreaker on her.

Dame lands a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker on Vice, but Vice looks to lock in an armbar on Dame. Dame blocks it with an S-Grip and Vice transitions into a Triangle, but Dame reverses into a variation of a Boston Crab.

Vice rocks Dame with a kick back from the break, but Dame sets up for a Shining Wizard on Vice. She accidentally hits the referee, but Dame levels Vice with a clothesline back from the break and the two women exchange right hands with one another as the referee is still down.

Dame looks to land a kick on Vice, but Vice pins her. Dame kicks out with the referee having begun his count late, causing Vice to check on the referee moments after. This opens the door for Dame to grab the NXT Women’s Championship from the outside and throw it over to Vice, then uses it as Vice holds it to run her over with a big boot. She goes for a pin, but Vice kicks out.

Vice cinches in a submission on Dame, but Dame counters into a roll up. Vice kicks out and delivers a spinning back heel kick to Dame for the win.

Winner (and still): Lola Vice

Moments before the show goes off the air, DarkState appears on their way out of the Performance Center and says after they defeat Myles Borne and Tavion Heights next Tuesday, they’re coming for the gold. The camera pans over to their left, and we see Saquon Shugars watching from the top of a production truck.
