Derrick Lewis is always willing to go the extra mile for his fans.
On Friday, former UFC fighter Mana Martinez posted a video on social media featuring fan favorite heavyweight Derrick Lewis just ripping a body shot into a game recipient, who according to the caption may have been receiving the punch as a birthday gift of sorts.

Lewis presumably took something off of the punch, but it still landed with enough force to crumble the poor guy, who was fortunately able to stand up after—with some assistance—and appeared to be all smiles. An off-screen voice can be heard cackling, “He can’t breathe! He can’t breathe!”
A good time was had, we guess?
“The Black Beast” has a considerably tougher challenge ahead of him in his next fight as he takes on the undefeated Josh Hokit at UFC White House on June 14.
