Only season-ticket holders can enter Roig Arena with Valencia hosting Maccabi Rapyd Tel Aviv in Round 25 of the 2025-26 EuroLeague Regular Season on Thursday.
The Taronges formally updated the attendance criteria on Wednesday.
Per the press release: “With the aim of not disadvantaging its fans, and of not encouraging the comparative grievance that this situation is causing at a competitive level, after being able to confirm the cooperation of the institutions despite their initial recommendation, Valencia Basket has decided to ensure that taronja season ticket holders can attend next Thursday’s game against Maccabi Rapyd Tel Aviv.

The club will redouble its efforts at all levels and will take all necessary measures so that those who wish to do so can enjoy the game under normal conditions.
The game will therefore be accessible only to Valencia Basket season ticket holders, with no ticket sales of any kind and no possibility of transferring the season ticket for this match. A special security operation will be in place for access, and it will be necessary to present the physical ID (DNI) of the season ticket holder together with the season ticket. Season ticket users who are not the registered holders must attend together with the holder, presenting a family record book in the case of minors, or a signed authorization letter from the holder in the case of adults.
As there will be no ticket sales for the game, any offer or promotion to purchase tickets for this game is illegal and fraudulent, and such tickets will not be valid for entry to the venue.
The doors of the Roig Arena will exceptionally open three hours before the game, at 5:45 p.m., and all season ticket holders are encouraged to arrive early, as access will be slower than usual.
The Club encourages all its season ticket holders to once again become the “sixth player” for the game, giving the team the necessary boost to compete, and demonstrating at every level that it is possible to enjoy a sporting event without incidents. This will help make playing under these conditions the norm and put an end to a situation that only harms the competition and Spanish teams.
Valencia Basket’s effort, with the support of the authorities and institutions, will be maximal at all levels so that fans can focus on what really matters: enjoying their team’s game with full guarantees.
Cloakroom and official store
The cloakroom will remain closed for this game, so all season ticket holders are asked to carefully review the list of prohibited items in the venue.
The official store will also remain closed, but fans who wish to purchase any Club merchandise may do so at the pop-up stores located in the different rings of the arena.”
