Dolomiti Energia Trento has signed American guard Quincy Olivari, who arrives after spending last season with the Motor City Cruise in the NBA G League. The 25-year-old averaged 11.8 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.3 assists in 29 games and is set to make his BKT EuroCup debut.
A standout at Xavier during the 2023-24 NCAA season, where he posted 19.2 points and 5.6 rebounds per game, Olivari also made his professional debut with the Los Angeles Lakers and spent time with the South Bay Lakers.
Meanwhile, Bertram Derthona Tortona has added Giordano Bortolani on a one-year deal. The Italian shooting guard joins from Acqua S. Bernardo Cantù after averaging 12.8 points in the Italian League last season.
Bortolani brings experience from both the EuroLeague and the BKT EuroCup, having previously represented Olimpia Milan, Brescia, Treviso, Verona and Manresa. The 25-year-old also helped Milan win the Italian League title in 2024 and has been a member of the Italian national team.
