SUNDERLAND stars Wilson Isidor and Noah Sadiki were left in stitches after a fan made a brutal dig towards Alexander Isak.
Former Newcastle ace Isak has struggled since his record-breaking £125million transfer to Liverpool, scoring just two goals in all competitions.
And during a fan talent show put on by Sky Sports ahead of the Tyne-Wear derby this weekend, one cheeky Black Cats fan could not resist a brutal dig towards the Swedish forward.
The fan, a comedian called Dan, recounted a harrowing tale about how he had a heart transplant operation around five years ago.
But at the end of his story he stunned Sunderland stars Isidor and Sadiki.
Dan said: “I’ve been supporting Sunderland for over 30 years, and as you probably know, it’s been very up and down.

“We’ve had a lot of tough times.
“To show the stress it puts on you, look at this scar on my chest – it’s from a heart transplant, I had an operation about five years ago.
“My heart stopped working, like Alexander Isak this summer.”
Sadiki, 20, and Isidor, 25, reeled away in response.
The Belgian-born DR Congo international was heard saying, “it’s not possible” in French, while French striker Isidor burst out laughing.
Even presenter Adam Smith was shocked as he repeated: “Wow, oh my God.”
Struggling to compose himself, Isidor eventually lifted his head from the table and looked behind him at the standing Sadiki to say: “It’s not funny, man, he had a heart attack.”
However, cried: “I don’t know,” when he was asked by the host why he was laughing.
Dan admitted he got the reaction he was after from the pair following an apology from Sadiki.
He said: “It’s okay, it’s the reaction I wanted. You laugh as much as you want.
“It’s not only on the body that the stress of supporting Sunderland for over 30 years takes its toll. As you can see, the hairline as well.
“30 plus years of being a Sunderland fan, you’ll see that there’s a lot of Sunderland fans that have this hairstyle after all the years supporting.”

Isak played for Sunderland’s arch-rivals Newcastle for three years, scoring 62 goals and adding 11 assists in 109 appearances.
That spell included playing one game against the newly-promoted Premier League outfit in Magpies colours in the third round of the FA Cup 2024.
Isak scored twice in the 3-0 win at Sunderland’s Stadium of Light.
He faced off against them once again in the red of Liverpool earlier this month, but failed to score even after 86 minutes of action.
The FA Cup clash was the last time the teams locked horns before Sunday’s meeting at 2pm.
Sunderland are unbeaten against Newcastle in league matches since 2011, including a run of six wins in a row between 2013 and 2015.
Régis Le Bris has overseen a fantastic start for the club which sees them sitting in ninth place with 23 points from 15 games.
However, despite a slow start to the season which sees them sitting down in 12th, just one point separates the teams and Eddie Howe‘s Newcastle are the in-form side of the two with three wins in their last four games.
