UFC CEO Dana White promised a plethora of news on Thursday, and a lot of announcements were made, including the main event for UFC 328 in May.

White announced that Khamzat Chimaev vs. Sean Strickland for the UFC middleweight title headlines the May 9 event at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. Chimaev is set to make his first title defense after his dominant championship victory over Dricus du Plessis at UFC 319 this past August, while Strickland competes in his fourth title fight as he looks to become a two-time champion.
