The Milwaukee Bucks secured a 134–123 victory over the Indiana Pacers, completing a season sweep in a game dominated by superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo—but concern grew late in the contest after the two-time MVP took a troubling fall.
Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee with a near triple-double performance, finishing with 31 points, 14 rebounds, and 8 assists. The Greek star received strong support from teammate Bobby Portis, who delivered one of his best performances of the season. Portis added 29 points and 10 rebounds, knocking down 6 of 11 shots from three-point range to help Milwaukee maintain separation from Indiana.
Despite the impressive win, the mood shifted in the third quarter following a concerning sequence involving Antetokounmpo.
With 3 minutes and 46 seconds remaining in the third, Antetokounmpo threw down a powerful dunk. As he landed, his left leg appeared to buckle, sending him to the floor. The forward grimaced in pain and slapped his leg before slowly getting back to his feet.

He remained in the game for roughly 90 more seconds, converting a free throw before finally heading to the bench. The Bucks star attempted to loosen up by riding an exercise bike and performing high-knee movements, but continued to show signs of discomfort. Antetokounmpo returned to the bench a few minutes later but did not reenter the game.
The defending champions had no trouble winning: the Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves 116–103, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander extending his streak of games scoring 20 points or more after reaching that mark. Julius Randle’s 32 points went unrewarded.
Brandon Ingram scored 34 points to lead the Toronto Raptors to a 119–108 victory over the Detroit Pistons. Austrian center Jakob Pöltl recorded a double-double with 21 points and 18 rebounds for the team coached by Serbian head coach Darko Rajaković.
The Dallas Mavericks claimed a 130–120 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers. Cooper Flagg was once again the best player for the Texans, finishing with 27 points. Greek John Poulakidas added 10 points in 15 minutes of action.
