Daniel Oturu scored 22 points and seven rebounds to push Anadolu Efes past Pinar Karsiyaka 82 – 68 in Game 2 of the Turkish BSL League semifinals. The reigning champions need one more win to advance to the title series.
Shane Larkin added 17 points and 10 assists for Efes while Elijah Bryant had 10 points plus five rebounds. Their team started the game strong to close the first quarter 26 – 11 and used that lead as a cushion for the rest of the game.
Karsiyaka closed halftime 44 – 38 to recover a bit from that early deficit but couldn’t match Efes‘ offense overall. Errick McCollum (24 points, six rebounds) and Kenan Sipahi (17 points, five assists) stood out from the Izmir side that will host Game 3.
