After LeBron announced he is leaving the Lakers, several teams lined up for one of the greatest players in history

LeBron James’ decision to leave the Los Angeles Lakers after eight seasons shook the league, but also opened the door for many franchises.

As James has stated that his next decision will not be driven by money but by his desire to chase an NBA ring in his 24th season, several teams have expressed interest in signing him.

According to the Denver Post, one of those teams are the Denver Nuggets, the 2023 NBA champions.

In his career, LeBron has only played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers, and some of these teams are mentioned as leading options for his next destination, especially the Cavs, whom LeBron led to the title in 2016.

However, Denver has entered the race as well, potentially offering LeBron a run at the championship and a partnership with Nikola Jokic, the three-time NBA MVP.
