Paddy Pimblett is tough as nails.
On Saturday night, Pimblett squared off with Justin Gaethje for an interim lightweight title in the main event of UFC 324. In the lead-up to the bout, Pimblett often repeated the line “Scouscers don’t get knocked out,” and the Liverpudlian proved as good as his word, absorbing a tremendous amount of damage from Gaethje en route to losing a unanimous decision.
In the aftermath, UFC CEO Dana White shared an up-close photo of Pimblett’s face on his Instagram account, showing just how badly Pimblett wore it during the fight.
