Big names from both London rivals clashed in the final exchanges of the encounter at Stamford Bridge.
And West Ham defender Jean-Clair Todibo was sent off for sensationally grabbing Chelsea striker Joao Pedro around the throat.
But the FA have revealed that the Blues and Hammers have been punished following the chaos.
