Wardlow will be returning to AEW after over a year on the sidelines, with a teaser airing during All Out 2026.
Wardlow has not appeared in AEW since he actually made his return to the company for the first time in over a year at Forbidden Door 2025. He was returning as part of the Don Callis Family, having sustained a knee injury after a World title match with Samoa Joe in March 2024. But he further sustained a torn pectoral on his return and never got a chance to even get back in the ring for a match.
While it was not specified when, Wardlow was said to be imminently returning. It’s also unknown whether he will be returning still a part of the DCF, though he appeared to be gearing towards the look he had during his storyline with MJF.

Wardlow is a three-time TNT Champion with reigns at a combined total of just short of 200 days.
