Welcome to Wrestling Inc.’s coverage of “AEW Dynamite: Spring BreakThru” on April 15, 2026, coming to you from the Angels of the Wind Arena in Everett, Washington!

We’re coming off of Dynasty where a new TNT Champion was crowned. Kevin Knight won the Casino Gauntlet match and by doing so, he cost the Death Riders a shot at more gold. Tonight, he’ll defend his new title against the one Death Rider that didn’t compete at the pay-per-view: Claudio Castagnoli.

Before the Dynasty, Willow Nightingale was attacked by a returning Kamille. Kamille had an impromptu match on Zero Hour. Tonight, the “Comeback Killer” puts the TBS Championship on the line against her attacker.

After beating Andrade to become the Number One contender for the Men’s World Championship, Darby Allin chose his home state to challenge the winner of MJF vs. Kenny Omega. MJF defeated Omega and will defend the title tonight against fellow pillar, Allin.

We hear from MJF & Darby Allin

MJF arrives at the arena after Renee Paquette says AEW had been trying to reach him every hour on the hour. Every time she tried to tell MJF that he was challenging him, he interrupted her. Don Callis informed him Andrade lost his match against Allin. Paquette yelled at him that the match was right now. 

Allin comes to the ring. MJF comes to the ring and refuses to wrestle Allin on short notice. He threatens to sue Allin, Aubrey Edwards, Justin Roberts, Tony Khan, WBD, and everyone in the crowd. MJF claimed his back is hurt and that he’s injured and going to get checked by the trainers. He tells MJF he’s very talented and a great underdog. He’s good, but not great. He’s not championship material. “With love and respect, your not ready to be World” and Allin snatched the mic. Allin said all it takes is one night to turn the wrestling world on his head. If he’s not ready now, he never will be. He says he posted flyers all over the city for tonight’s show. He took an AEW flag to Mt. Everest. He’s ready and been ready. He trained 10 miles down the road. “Tonight, I climb to the top of this sport.” He demands for them to ring the bell. 

Bryan Danielson says he got a message from Tony Khan and he agrees with MJF that it is unfair for him to wrestle when he’s unprepared. The match will be the main event. If MJF refuses, he’ll be stripped of the title. Allin declares he’ll beat him with a headlock takeover.

Tommaso Ciampa vs. Desmond Xavier

Ciampa comes to the ring first. Xavier follows, accompanied by The Rascalz.

Ciampa kicked him in the face and stomped him against the ropes as soon as the bell rang. Xavier rolled to the outside and Ciampa sent him into the barricade and then back in the ring. Xavier kicked him under the chin from the mat. Ciampa kicked Xavier off the apron. Ciampa sent him into the steps, but Xavier flipped over it. Back in the ring, Xavier takes him down with a dropkick. Xavier went for a dive, but Ciampa walked away. Ciampa did the Rascalz wave at him.

After the break, Ciampa had Xavier in a headlock and then moved into a side headlock. Xavier fights out and takes Ciampa down twice. Xavier hits him with multiple strikes. He followed with an enzuiguri and a DDT. Xavier went for a 450, but Ciampa rolled out. Xavier takes him down with a poisonrana. Xavier takes him down with a tope and follows with a frog splash back in the ring. Ciampa hit him with a rising knee strike as Xavier was coming off the top rope. Ciampa follows with a backstabber. He dragged him to the center of the ring and pulled down his kneepad to connect with a running knee for the win.

Winner: Tommaso Ciampa

After the match, Ciampa said Xavier was an example. He’s sick of waiting because he wants it all. He called out whoever wins between MJF and Allin. He hit Xavier with another running knee.

We hear from FTR & Stoke

FTR came to ring with Stoke. Dax Wheeler says he’s seen all the chatter online and he knows they’re angry that FTRWINSAGAIN. As long as they’re champions, C+C will never get a shot at the titles again. Stoke says that he’s been told that the sickos know everything about wrestling, sports, and politics. He said that the fans must know the story of David and Goliath. He said FTR is Goliath and no one in AEW can beat them. Cash says they’ve got rid of C+C and they want a moment of silence. The crowd booed. Cash says that for those with the benefit of those with flash photography, they get 10 seconds.

Kevin Knight vs. Claudio Castagnoli – TNT Championship

Castagnoli comes to the ring, accompanied by Death Riders. Knight follows, accompanied by Speedball.

As soon as the bell rang, Claudio charged Knight, but Knight leapfrogged him. He takes him down with a dropkick and sends him over the ropes. Claudio blocks a dive attempt by turning him inside out. He follows with multiple stomps. The pace is very fast and each block moves. They exchange blows. Claudio responds with a scoop slam and then puts him in neck vice. Knight uses the ropes for an armdrag takedown. Claudio pulled him out of the ring. Knight delivers a Phenomenal Forearm from the apron.

After the break, Claudio scoop slams Knight. Knight rolls him up. Knight follows with another forearm. Knight connected with multiple uppercuts and a scoop slam. He followed with a standing UFO. Claudio hit him with a forearm and Knight dropkicked him off the apron and followed with a tope. Back in the ring, Knight went for a hurricanrana, but fell. Claudio pulled him in a gut wrench and pulled him up top in the gut wrench. Claudio uppercut him after the came off the top.

Claudio catches Knight and lands a backbreaker and pin for two. Knight blocks the Neutralizer. Claudio puts him in the Giant Swing. Knight blocked Claudio and went up top for a lariat. Knight went back up top to land a UFO Splash for the win.

Winner: Kevin Knight

After the match, Knight says Claudio is one of the hardest hitting dudes he’s ever been in the ring with. He’s looking good and feeling even better. Before we won this, I did lose those Trios titles. He told Speedball not to blame himself. Sometimes you have to slow down to speed up. Tonight they have a big one with Allin and MJF. The Jet will be keeping an eye on that because “Jet 2 Belts” sounds “2 Fly”.

Renee Paquette interviews Chris Jericho

Jericho is happy to be back in AEW and to be in the ring at Dynasty. He begins to congratulate Ricochet when Ricochet’s music hits. He comes out with The Demand. Ricochet says he respects Jericho and respects him even more after the win. He says Jericho got himself hurt in that match. He said he had to beat him with the Lionsault. He says Jericho did pretty good, but not enough to overcome him. He tells him to quit while he’s ahead and talks about his various characters. His new character “The Guy Who Get Hos A** Beat Every Week By The Demand”. Jericho calls him Bald and says he respects his insight. He says he talks about his weird shaped head and calls GOA “Dumb” and “Ugly”. He tells “Bald” to fight him right now one-on-one.

Ricochet comes to the ring and gets hip tossed and then stomped in the corner. GOA help Ricochet and they beat him up in the corner. Jericho fights back, but The Demand beat him up. They pose before Ricochet does a RicoSault.

Will Ospreay vs. Hechicero

Ospreay comes to the ring. Don Callis and Lance Archer come out to introduce Hechicero.

Hechicero backed him into the ropes. He pulled Ospreay’s leg out to sweep it and then put him in a submission. Ospreay followed with headscissors. Hechicero rolled him up, but Ospreay got out. Hechicero with a Crucifix and wrenching his neck. Hechicero puts him in a scissor headlock. Ospreay escapes and holds his own neck. Hechicero follows with a boot to the head. He chopped him against the ropes. Ospreay with a head scissors takedown and followed with a crossbody on the outside.

After the break, Ospreay lays in shots on Hechicero when he spots Marina Shafir in the crowd. Hechicero works on his arm and cinches in a hammerlock. Hechicero takes him down and kicks him in the head. He takes him down again and works his leg and arm. He does a sliding dropkick and sends Ospreay to the floor. Hechicero sends him back in the ring and puts him in a surfboard and pulls his hair to wrench his neck back. They exchange blows.

Ospreay takes him down with an enzuiguri before going up top for a springboard. He follows with a standing Sky Twister. Ospreay kicks him in the face and chopped him. Hechicero pulled his straps down. Hechicero dodged his strikes, but Ospreay took him down with enzuiguri. Hechicero blocks the Hidden Blade with a guillotine and covers him for 2.99. Callis yells at the ref and Hechicero hits him repeatedly in the neck. Doc Sampson gets in the ring as they go to break.

After the break, Hechicero is driving his elbow into Ospreay’s side while his arm is locked between his legs. Hechicero guillotined him over the rope. He sent a charging Ospreay over the rope and followed with a tope. Hechicero put him in the ring and followed with a leg to the back of the neck and put him in another guillotine. Ospreay hit him with a stunner. Hechicero tried to go up top and Ospreay stopped him and put him on his shoulders, but he got down and rolled him up for 2.5. Ospreay did a backslide and a Superkick. Hechicero blocked the Oz Cutter and put him in the juji gatame and transitioned into a triangle choke. Ospreay did a Styles Clash and followed with a Hidden Blade for the win.

Winner: Will Ospreay

After the match, Ospreay stares down Shafir. Callis and Archer distracted him so Mark Davis could turn inside out and hit him with a second lariat. 

We hear from Thekla

Thekla interrupts Renee and said no one paid to see her flap her lips. She wants to remind everyone she deleted the great Jamie Hayter. The industry is filled with dumb b******. Alex Windsor interrupted her and said she’s not going to let her say she beat Hayter and she should beat the piss out of her now. Thekla asked why she’s so angry. Windsor reminds her that she’s the NJPW Strong Championship. She said they call Thekla in Japan that she’s the one stupid enough to get herself fired from Japan. Thekla says they can’t handle her and neither can she. Windsor says she’ll handle her right now. Thekla responded “how about no!” Windsor challenged her for tomorrow night when Sisters of Sin tried to attack her from behind. Windsor jumps the barricade, but Thekla flipped her off and left.

Willow Nightingale vs. Kamille – TBS Championship

Kamille comes to the ring. Nightingale follows.

Kamille charged her before the bell rang. Willow sends her to all four corners. Kamille with a big boot. She sends her into the corner and Willow turns her and hits her in the corner 10 times. Kamille kicked the tape up shoulder and worked her arm. Willow kicked her in the corner. She dumped Kamille to the apron and Kamilled pulled her arm over the ropes. Willow chopped her in the corner. Kamille wrenched her arm and sent her to the mat. She continued working her arm.

After the break, Kamille flips over the apron and then rolled up Willow. Willow took her down with a lariat and followed with a pounce. She followed with a cannonball and a cover for two. Willow pulled Kamille up by her and went for a powerbomb, but couldn’t get her up. Kamille takes her down with a leg drop following a face buster. Kamille put her on her shoulders, but Kamille got out. Kamille continued to work the arm and put her in a juji gatame. Willow rotated up into a cover. Kamille snapped her arm forward. Willow sent her into the turnbuckle, stacked her up and pinned her for the win.

Winner (and still): Willow Nightingale

MJF vs. Darby Allin – Men’s World Championship

As Allin makes his way to the ring, Sting stops him and tells him he already knows what to do. Allin says it’s showtime! And Sting said “it’s your time!”

Allin comes to the ring and hugs his family at ringside. MJF follows.

Allin sits in the corner after the bell rings and finally takes off his jacket. MJF circled him and then called a timeout. He said he forgot about his ring and gave it to Aubrey and kicked Allin in the yambags. He put him in a side headlock. He pushed Aubrey and Allin kicked him in the yambags. Allin with two consecutive Coffin Drops in opposite corners. He hit a third one and MJF tried to roll away. Allin hit a fourth one. He did a side headlock for the win!

Winner (and new): Darby Allin

Brody King leads the locker room to the ring to celebrate. Confetti shoots out and covers the ring. Sting comes to the ring to celebrate. Allin kneels next to the title. Sting walks over to him and said something to him as the show ends.
