Daulton Hommes has penned a one-year contract extension, the EuroLeague participant announced on Friday.

A veteran of 58 appearances in Europe’s premier club competition, including 27 with Paris, the 30-year-old American forward is officially returning for a third season with the team based in France’s capital.

Per the press release: “DC stays at home! The star of our post-season campaign, Daulton Hommes (2.04m – aged 30), has extended his contract with Paris Basketball.

Daulton loves to rise to the occasion! Having been with the club for two years now, the American wing has already enjoyed a number of memorable moments in the City of Light. Despite a lengthy spell on the sidelines at the start of his first season, the Washington native made a sensational comeback during the play-offs. Parisian fans still vividly remember his decisive shots in that victorious Game 5 against Monaco.

Less hampered by physical niggles, the 2024–2025 French champion has been more consistent throughout his second season. His hybrid playing style, allowing him to punish opponents from long range or finish close to the basket, is a real thorn in the side of the opposition. But it was once again in the Betclic ÉLITE play-offs that Daulton really set the world alight. Having come through a tricky quarter-final against SIG, DC became Cholet’s nemesis in the next round. Paris Basketball capitalised on his two 20-plus-point performances to storm into the final.

A steady rise to prominence in the heart of the capital, which Daulton will continue next season.”
