Paddy Pimblett went on social media to fire shots at Ilia Topuria after the two-division UFC champion lost to Justin Gaethje in the main event of UFC White House on Sunday night.

Pimblett, who has a long rivalry with Topuria and lost the chance to face him by losing a decision to Gaethje earlier this year for the interim title, went back all the way to January of this year to reply to an old post where Topuria called him “little sausage.” That was moments after Gaethje beat Pimblett, and Topuria added all Pimblett had to do was “beat a 38-year-old guy” to get their fight done.

“The only thing you had to do was beat a 38 year old coming off of a 5 round war with me,” Pimblett wrote on Monday morning. “Instead you quit on your stool like the little bitch you are I’m a real fighter and went 5 rounds, you’re a little pretender chorizo! Congratulation Justin Gaethje. Rematch for undisputed?”

Topuria had his moments in the fight and hurt Gaethje with body shots, but Gaethje’s jabs caused damage to his face and eyes. The doctor almost ended the bout after round three, but referee Marc Goddard allowed him to continue after Topuria protested the near-stoppage.

Topuria was close to getting finished in the fourth, and his corner ultimately stopped the bout before the final round.

Gaethje said after the bout he promised his mother he wouldn’t make a decision about retirement on the night of the fight, and it remains to be seen who will be up first for the 155-pound title — and whether or not Gaethje will be involved.

Pimblett’s first appearance since the Gaethje loss will be on July 11, facing off with Benoit Saint-Denis at UFC 329. Max Holloway and Conor McGregor will headline, and options include Arman Tsarukyan, who has also campaigned for a title fight for over a year now, and a Gaethje rematch with BMF titleholder Charles Oliveira.
