In the main event, Costello van Steenis defends his PFL middleweight title against Fabian Edwards. van Steenis and Edwards have won four of their past five fights. Van Steenis defeated Edwards via split decision in their previous meeting at Bellator Milan 2 on Sept. 26, 2020.
AJ McKee and Adam Borics clash in a featherweight contest in the co-main event. McKee has won four of his past five fight, while Borics has won three of his past five fights.
