ALBA Berlin secured a victory in the fourth round of Group J in the Round of 16 of the BCL by defeating Tofas at home with a score of 69-60.

Justin Bean was the top scorer for the German team with 13 points, while Moses Wood added 12, and both Malte Delow and Jack Kayil contributed with 10 points each, reaching double figures.

On the other side, Hugo Besson was the standout performer with 17 points and ten rebounds, and Jordan Floyd added 14 points.

This was a significant victory for ALBA, securing their advancement, as they defeated the Turkish team for the second time this season, making it impossible for Tofas to catch up. The visitors won the first quarter 18-11, but fell apart in the subsequent quarters. The hosts won the remaining three quarters and ultimately achieved a relatively straightforward victory.

With this win, ALBA secured their own advancement as well as AEK’s progression. The Germans now hold a 3-1 record and will visit AS Karditsa in the fifth round, while Tofas, with a record of 1-3, has been eliminated and will face AEK Athens in the next round.
