FORMER England boss Sir Gareth Southgate has snapped up properties worth £8.7million in his buy-to-let business.
Canny Southgate, 55, has added three more, together worth £2.6million, during the last year.
According to fresh paperwork for his investment firm, MAS Investment Holdings, shows canny Southgate, 55, has 16 properties in Manchester, London and Birmingham.
His company – which deals in “the buying and selling of real estate” – is managed by Southgate and wife Alison.
The latest deals are revealed in new paperwork filed at Companies House, which shows the company has taken out loans worth £2.9million against the properties.
Recent purchases include three flats in a new development in Birmingham.

The properties cost between £367,000 and £450,000 each.
Southgate stepped down as England boss after the Three Lions lost in the Euros final to Spain in 2024.
He said it had been the “honour of my life” to manage the team after 102 games in charge and almost eight years at the helm.
Last April we told how the former Crystal Palace defender has dropped a hint he has retired from the game.
It came after he changed his profession on Companies House from “football manager” to “company director”.
