When Minnesota kicks off their Rate Bowl matchup with New Mexico on December 26th, they will be a little more than a field goal favorite over the Lobos.
The Lobos finished 2nd in the Mountain West this season with a record of 6-2 and an overall record of 9-3. They have already played two Big Ten teams this year, playing Michigan close in week one and dismantled UCLA 35-10 in the third week of September.
The game will be on ESPN at 3:30 on the day after Christmas.
