Jorge Martin dropped from first to fifth place in the San Marino Grand Prix due to arm pump, the factory Aprilia rider has revealed, with the problem serious enough for him to consider surgery.
The Spaniard emerged as a surprise victory contender in Sunday’s MotoGP race at Misano after team-mate and polesitter Marco Bezzecchi crashed out on the opening lap.
