The Buss brothers have the exclusive negotiating rights until the first days of November to buy LDLC ASVEL from Tony Parker, per Eurohoops sources.

Joey and Jesse Buss can decide, without any other bidder having the right to intervene until the end of the deadline, to purchase the French team, which is one of the 13 EuroLeague shareholders and is about to transform into a franchise.

Of course, the possible collaboration between the EuroLeague and the NBA is a factor in the talks, and this is not the only impending sale of a EuroLeague club.
