For those of you marking your calendars, we are now less than three weeks away from UFC White House, a show that seemed like a pipe dream at first but is now very, very real. Dana White will be the first one to tell you that there’s still a ton of work to be done, but construction is officially underway as of today.

NBC News reporter Julie Tsirkin posted a short clip to Twitter, showing some of the construction work taking place ahead of June 14.

“Cranes on cranes at the White House today, prepping for the UFC fight that will be held on the South Lawn in June, and construction of the President’s new ballroom,” Tsirkin wrote.

White has mentioned that a persistent bug problem and inclement weather are among the many considerations they’re factoring in for fight night, but as of now it’s full steam ahead for the event that is set to feature Ilia Topuria, Justin Gaethje, Alex Pereira, Ciryl Gane, and more.

From a logistical standpoint, how are you all feeling right now? Will the UFC have every corner covered leading to a seamless show or are we expecting some understandable technical difficulties?
