AEK announced the extension of Dimitris Flionis’ contract for another year, keeping him in the fold until the summer of 2029.
The 29-year-old Flionis already had a deal until 2028, and at the end of the new extension, he will have completed eight years in AEK, coming from Aris BC in 2021.
The Greek international guard averaged 5.3 points, 2.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 19.3 minutes (23 games) per game in the Stoiximan GBL, while in the Basketball Champions League he had 4.6 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 19.3 minutes (17 games).
