During the course of her pro boxing career, she has won a total of 21 world titles, and now the three-division undisputed world champion Claressa Shields has teamed up with the Zeus Network in a quest to find the next GWOAT.
In Claressa’s recent fight against Kaye Scott, a broadcast partnership was formed with Zeus as the network streamed the event’s preliminary bouts. Now Shields and Zeus are teaming up to present a new reality show.
A product of Flint, Michigan, Claressa Shields started boxing when she was 11-years-old. The talent was obvious because, during her amateur career, Shields had 77 wins and only 1 loss.
Claressa Shields made history by becoming the first American boxer to win a gold medal in back-to-back Olympic Games. She won the gold in the 2012 London Olympics and the 2016 Rio Olympics.
Shields turned pro in November 2016, and nine months later, she won her first world title. For 10 years, Shields has been a dominant force, and that’s the reason why she’s known as the GWOAT (Greatest Woman of All Time).
Now Claressa is searching for the heir apparent. Airing on the Zeus Network, Shields will host a competition, as the goal is to find a boxer with extreme discipline, dedication, drive, and talent.
