The quarterfinal excitement of the Turkish Insurance Basketball Super League Playoffs came to an end this evening (Saturday, May 30).
In the third and final game of the quarterfinal series, Beşiktaş GAİN defeated Galatasaray MCT Technic at home, securing their last semifinal spot.
Thus, the second and final semifinal matchup has been determined. Beşiktaş GAİN will face Bahçeşehir Koleji in the semifinals.
In the series where the team that reaches three wins advances to the final, Beşiktaş, who finished the regular season in second place, will have home court advantage.
The first game of the series will be played on Tuesday, June 2nd, at Beşiktaş GAİN’s home arena. The winner of this semifinal match-up will face the winner of the Fenerbahçe Beko – Anadolu Efes series in the final.
