Muguruza met model husband Arthur by chance while walking in Central Park.
She had been playing the 2021 US Open at the time, with Arthur stopping her to say good luck.

Explaining their romance, Muguruza told HOLA! in Spain: “It’s a total movie.

“I knew I would marry him even before he asked me.
“When we met, it was love at first sight and we realised very quickly that we were an ideal couple.”
Muguruza has taken up several new ventures since finishing her playing career, including being named the tournament director of the WTA Finals in Riyadh.
