Virtus Bologna is reportedly on the verge of completing the signing of Trent Frazier, according to PianetaBasket.
The report states that Valencia had previously made a significant offer worth more than $1 million, but after coaching changes and other roster moves, the Spanish club reduced its proposal. Virtus capitalized on the situation by offering Frazier a prominent role in Alex Mumbrú’s rotation.
According to PianetaBasket, the 26-year-old guard is expected to sign a contract worth around $700,000 (approximately €615,000).
Frazier began his professional career with FMP before spending the last four seasons with Zenit Saint Petersburg. During the 2025–26 campaign, he averaged 13.8 points and 5.8 assists while shooting over 39% from beyond the arc.
The Illinois product is now expected to make his EuroLeague debut with Virtus.
