Virtus climbs to the top again. Bologna’s squad got the easy win on the road (74-84) against Vanoli Basket. They’re now in first place with a 14-2 record, alongside Brescia.

Matt Morgan (19) and Derrick Alston (18) led the win. Luca Vildoza added 11. Carsen Edwards, Alen Smailagic, and Karim Jallow did not play in the Lega basket game.

Virtus dominated the second quarter in Cremona. Alston and Morgan were too much for the locals’ team defense before the break (33-46).

Although Vanoli Basket found its pace, Virtus secured the away win (74-84) to climb again to the top of the Italian competition and dominate every weekend.
