Welcome to Wrestling Inc.’s results for “TNA Thursday Night iMPACT” on February 19, 2026, coming to you from The Pinnacle in Nashville, Tennessee!

Trey Miguel dethroned “NXT” star Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo as International Champion at TNA No Surrender on February 13, winning the title for the first time in his career. Tonight, Stacks has the chance to win back the International Championship when he challenges Miguel for the title in what will mark Miguel’s first defense since becoming the new champion.

Elijah and Order 4’s Mustafa Ali look to put their issues to bed once and for all as they collide in a Guitar Case Casket Match. As tensions have continued to be on the rise between the two men over the course of the last several weeks, Ali and his stablemate Tasha Steelz emerged victorious against Elijah and Jada Stone in a Mixed Tag Team Match on the February 5 episode of “Thursday Night iMPACT” thanks to a Tombstone Ali landed on Stone. This prompted Elijah to throw out the challenge to tonight’s match during last Thursday’s edition of the show.

Jody Threat may have emerged victorious in a Number One Contenders Battle Royal at No Surrender to secure a future shot at “NXT” star Arianna Grace’s freshly won TNA Knockouts World Champion, but she will have to momentarily refocus her sights as she goes head-to-head with The Diamond Collective’s Tessa Blanchard. Threat, Indi Hartwell, and the aforementioned Stone came up short to Blanchard and her stablemates Victoria Crawford and Mila Moore in a Six Woman Tag Team Match on January 1 in what marked Threat’s last time competing in a match on “Thursday Night iMPACT”.

Additionally, Judas Icarus and Travis Williams of Sinner and Saint will be competing in their first match on “Thursday Night iMPACT” since coming up short to The System on December 11 as they square off with Rich Swann and BDE. Elayna Black will also be making an appearance on tonight’s show with something on her mind to share, as will TNA World Champion Mike Santana after himself and Leon Slater scored a win against Nic Nemeth and Eddie Edwards at No Surrender.

We are live! The show kicks off with a video recapping the events of No Surrender.

She runs over Heather with a pair of boots and connects with a spinebuster on her, then goes for a pin but Heather kicks out. Hartwell then ascends up the top rope, but The Personal Concierge and Mr. Elegance distracts the referee. Sensing the potential interference and distractions, the referee ejects M, Mr. Elegance, and The Personal Concierge from ringside.

Ash hops up on the apron, but Heather looks to knock her off the ring apron with a running boot. Ash hops off before Hartwell can knock her off, and while Heather tries to take advantage, Hartwell sees her coming and delivers a Full Nelson Driver to her for the win.

Winner: Indi Hartwell

We then head over to a conversation between Steve Maclin and Tom Hannifan from earlier today as Maclin tries to look to get his job back. Maclin asks Hannifan if he can talk to management and get him into the building, and Hannifan reluctantly agrees.

Mike Santana then makes his way to the ring.

We Hear From Mike Santana

Santana says Steve Maclin decided to attack him at No Surrender during his tag team match pitting himself and Leon Slater against Nic Nemeth and Eddie Edwards. Santana says he wants him to hear him out and says he knows Maclin better than anyone else in the locker room. He says Maclin knows him just as well.

Santana then calls Slater to the ring and says he has something to tell him, and Slater makes his way out. Santana welcomes Slater back and says Slater has been dealing with Daria Rae trying to get him to choose Option C with his TNA X-Division Championship. He says Slater told him that he had his back, then says Slater did just that. He admits that he didn’t have Slater’s back and left him alone in the ring at No Surrender, then apologizes to Slater and says things would’ve turned out different had Moose not taken Eddie out of the match.

Slater tells Santana that he appreciates his apology, then says he doesn’t blame Santana for what happened. Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth interrupt the pair and Ryan says himself and Nic have something to say. Santana cuts Ryan off and reminds Nic that Slater pinned him at No Surrender. Slater responds by challenging Ryan and Nic to a tag team match on behalf of himself and Santana.

Daria Rae’s music hits, and she makes her way out. She says the tag team match will happen next week instead of tonight, then demands that Santana and Slater get out of her ring.

Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and Arianna Grace then make their way to the ring, with Grace telling the fans that they don’t have to like her being the new TNA Knockouts World Champion and says while her dad got her the match, she still won it. She says she deserves the TNA Knockouts World Champion and continues to run her mouth before Trey Miguel makes his way out.

Mila Moore and Victoria Crawford blindside Threat from behind, causing the disqualification.

Winner: Jody Threat (via disqualification)

After the match, Crawford and Moore hold Threat in place for Blanchard to deliver a running knee to her. Harley Hudson and Myla Grace run down to the ring to come to Threat’s aid.

Rich Swann and BDE then make their way to the ring. Sinner and Saint follow.

Sinner and Saint vs. Rich Swann and BDE

Travis Williams and Swann begin the action. The bell rings and the two lock up. Swann lands a hurricanrana on Williams, then tags in BDE. We then head over to a video of Steph De Lander and Mance Warner invading AJ Francis’ locker room. A brawl between Warner and Francis then breaks out, with security holding the two men apart.

Elayna Black then makes her way to the ring.

Elayna Black Calls Out Mara Sadè

Black says no one else is as good as her in the ring and expresses her frustration with Mara Sadè eliminating her from the Number One Contenders TNA Knockouts Battle Royal at No Surrender. She says she’s still coming for the TNA Knockouts World Championship and demands that Sadè makes her way out.

Sadè’s music hits and she makes her way out. She says herself and Black came from the same locker room and pressure in “NXT”, then says they’re in the same place once again. Black says there’s one big difference between her and Sadè, and that’s the fact that she wrestled all over the independent scene and earned her place in TNA Wrestling while Sadè was handed her spot as a professional wrestler. She promises to be the next TNA Knockouts World Champion.

Sadè responds by telling Black that Black hates her because she’s a go-getter. She says she loves the professional wrestling business and dares Black to prove she’s a fraud. Black says she’ll do just that and says Sadè is an obstacle to the top she’ll overcome.

Mustafa Ali then makes their way to the ring. Elijah follows.

Before he can close the lid, Ali escapes and uses the lid of the casket to wear down Elijah’s arm.

Elijah fires off forearms on Ali and uses a small guitar to crack across Elijah’s spine, then grabs a table from under the ring. Ali flies out of the ring to take out Elijah and sets up the table on the outside of the ring, but Elijah sends Ali crashing into a guitar case set up in the corner.

Back from the break, Ali lays Elijah on top of the table on the outside and ascends to the top rope. He connects with a 450 Splash on Elijah off the top rope. Oder 4 appears at ringside, but Elijah sprays something into Special Agent 0’s eyes and levels John Skyler and Jason Hoth with a clothesline. He sends 0 crashing into the barricade.

Tasha Steelz sneaks up behind Elijah and looks to hit him with a guitar. She hands it to Ali, but Ali accidentally ends up hitting Steelz when Elijah has her in position for a piledriver. Elijah then delivers a spinning piledriver to Ali and places him in the casket, but Hotch prevents Ali from closing the casket lid.

Ali gets ahold of a guitar and places it across Elijah’s neck, then looks to deliver a 450 Splash to him off the top rope.
