PREM ace Mykhailo Mudryk has been banned from the road again for driving a £140,000 BMW with “excessive” window tints.

Cops stopped the £97million star, 24, after spotting the “heavy” dark glass and the car’s Ukrainian number plate.

A check on the Chelsea winger — who is suspended by the FA for doping — revealed he was already disqualified from driving for speeding offences, JPs were told.

Tests on front windows in the seized motor — in which he had been stopped before — showed they did not let in enough light.

Daniel Higgins, defending, said Mudryk drove because his chauffeur was not available to take him to training.

He said the £97,000-a-week star “was not thinking” and had faced a “difficult year”.

Mudryk, of Fulham, South West London, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance on the A4 in West London on October 2.

He also pleaded guilty to using a vehicle in such a condition it was likely to cause danger.

The Ukrainian — facing a four-year footie ban after testing positive for a barred medication — got a one-year drive ban.

He was also handed a 12-month community order including 60 hours of unpaid work and was told to pay £199 by Uxbridge JPs.
