French side Nanterre defeated Würzburg on the road in Germany

After Peristeri Domino’s halted Manisa’s winning streak in Group H, Nanterre 92 put an end to FIT/One Würzburg Baskets’ unbeaten run in Group A.

The French side prevailed in Basketball Champions League Round 4, improving to 2-2 with an 88-96 road victory in Germany.

Milan Barbitch led the winning team with 20 points and six rebounds, while the experienced Paul Lacombe scored 17 points. Desi Rodriguey and Justin Tillman followed with 11 points each.

Mike Davis Jr. stood out for Würzburg with 21 points and five assists, while Nelson Phillips added 16 points, Zac Seljaas 15, and Jhivvan Jackson contributed 14 points.

Nanterre made a big run in the second period, grabbing a 32-53 lead and essentially never looked back. Würzburg managed to cut the deficit to single digits in the final moments, but it was too late.
