LOVE Island’s Montel McKenzie has hard-launched his relationship with the world’s “sexiest footballer” Alisha Lehmann.
The ITV2 show alum, 28, paid a gushing tribute to his partner as he celebrated the Swiss beauty’s 27th birthday yesterday.
Now followers of the TV star and semi-professional footballer – who starred in both Love Island‘s original series as well as the All Stars spin off – have been quick to react to his romance with Alisha Lehmann.
It comes after Montel split with villa partner Kaz Crossley in June.
He uploaded a sweet selection of snaps showing him cosying up to the striker, who plays for FC Como as well as Switzerland’s national team.
The sports star, who was recently branded a “goddess” by her online followers and left them stunned as she stripped topless, was seen cuddling up to Montel while on holiday.

She wore a white bikini and shimmied around as she perched on Montel’s knee in a short video, before planting a kiss on his forehead.
Alisha pulled her blonde hair into her signature high ponytail for their beach day, with the pair then seen posing at a beach club.
Montel then shared cute moments showing them perfecting a handshake before enjoying a kiss.
The new couple were then seen staring lovingly into each others’ eyes before they showed off their ball skills in a game of volleyball.
A source opened up to The Sun on their blossoming connection and told us: “It hasn’t been much of a secret within the Baller League set up.
“|They hit it off straight away have been going on dates afterwards.
“Alisha has been flying him to her Como apartment for sneaky weekend breaks for a while now, I don’t think Montel could believe his luck.
“Everyone is really happy for them, although initially everyone thought it was going to be just a casual thing.”
Alisha is the manager of six-a-side team MVPs United in The Baller League, for which Montel plays.
She has teamed up with TV host Maya Jama to manage the squad in KSI’s Baller League in London.
Our source added: “With Alisha being his ‘manager’ at Baller League might have made it a bit confusing for Montel, but he was smitten, and all sorts goes on at the Baller League parties which have numerous footballers, Love Island stars and other celebs attending.”

ALISHA’S LOVE LIFE
The sports ace transferred to WSL club West Ham in 2018.
At the club, she played at her preferred striker position while off the pitch, she boosted her social media followers.
Romantically, she split with Aston Villa’s Douglas Luiz in 2025.
The pair met at Aston Villa and began dating in 2021.
They both completed transfers to Italian side Juventus in 2024, with Alisha helping the women’s side win Serie A last season.
KAZ SPLIT
Last year, Kaz confirmed she had split with Montel after weeks of speculation.
The pair got together when they appeared on Love Island: All Stars at the beginning of the year.
On an episode of Aftersun, when asked about Montel, Kaz replied that they were just “very good friends.”
Not missing a beat Gabby quickly chimed in: “With benefits!”
The three women all began to laugh as Kaz cheekily replied: “Well a girl’s got needs!”
They got together just a week before they were brutally dumped from the island.
