Queensberry released the full undercard slate through its social channels, building an all-England-heavy lineup around the main event. Anderson stands out as the lone American on the featured portion of the bill.

The Toledo native (18-1, 15 KOs), now training in Houston, has been inactive since his February 2025 decision win over Marios Kollias at Madison Square Garden. He is still only one fight removed from the August 2024 knockout loss to Martin Bakole, a result that forced a reset in how his career is being handled.

Dacres (10-1, 3 KOs) enters with limited depth at this level. The 32-year-old from Warley was stopped in one round by David Adeyele in December 2024.

His inclusion here points to a matchup designed to give Anderson rounds without exposing him to another high-risk opponent too soon. The rest of the card remains domestically focused.

Jack Rafferty (26-0-1, 17 KOs) meets Ekow Essuman (22-2, 8 KOs) in a junior welterweight fight tied to positioning in the WBC rankings, with Rafferty currently at #12. Essuman, 36, enters with pressure to hold ground.

At light heavyweight, Liam Cameron (24-7-1, 10 KOs) faces Bradley Rea, who is coming off a loss to Lyndon Arthur that ended a seven-fight run.

Khaleel Majid (16-0, 4 KOs) takes on Gavin Gwynne (18-4-2, 5 KOs), a 35-year-old coming off a 1-2-1 stretch across his last four fights, giving the unbeaten Majid a step up in competition.

The May 9 card places Anderson in a visible slot without raising the level of opposition, a clear indication that his rebuild is being managed fight by fight rather than rushed back into the top end of the division.
