ERLING HAALAND delivered for Norway again – collecting their burgers after bagging a brace to seal their World Cup spot.

The mighty Manchester City striker took his tally for club and country to a staggering 30 for the season and stands on the brink of history.

His only bigger haul this season appears to be a stash of nearly 70 cheeseburgers – grabbing them from a delivery boy for his jubilant team-mates after their 4-1 win over Estonia.

Fulham midfielder Sander Berge was told of Haaland’s burger run and told TV2: “It’s a strong performance from the captain!”

Norway are now all but qualified for their first World Cup since 1998, with Italy needing an almighty goal-difference swing to overhaul them at the top of Group I.

Italy, who beat Moldova 2-0 on Thursday, host the group leaders in Milan on Sunday.

Alexander Sorloth bagged two before Haaland continued his incredible scoring run with a double of his own.

It did not all seem so straightforward at the break, when the crowd in Oslo booed their team off after watching a goalless first half.

But the party started soon after the restart when Sorloth headed home from Berge’s cross, before nodding in another minutes later.

Haaland headed home his 29th of the season on 56 minutes before making it a double from close range just after the hour mark.

Sorloth said: “It is the most delicious goal of my life. It was quiet at half-time, and we were confident of winning. Many people spoke up.

“We have a strong team and confidence spreads through the group when we are confident that things will go our way.”

The blockbuster rematch takes place at the 62,000-seater Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, November 15.

Eubank Jr narrowly outpointed his bitter foe after 12 brutal rounds in April to secure the bragging rights in what was certainly a Fight of the Year contender.

And the two British superstars will dance once more as Eubank Jr aims to do the double while Benn seeks revenge after suffering a first career loss.

Berge added: “Everyone had their say at half-time. We pushed each other and discussed what we could do.”

Haaland will not only lead Norway back to the biggest stage for the first time in 28 years, but could also make history of his own before then.

A second half brace against Estonia took the 25-year-old to 14 goals in qualifying.

The record for the most in one qualification period stands at 16, set by Robert Lewandowski ahead of the 2018 World Cup.

Norway have only qualified for one major tournament, only making the group stage at Euro 2000, since reaching the World Cup 1998, when they reached the last-16.
