Dana White’s Contender Series is set to return for season 10 with the show moving to Paramount+ as part of the UFC’s overall broadcast deal with the network.
The first episode for The Contender Series debuts on Aug. 11 starting at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT with five total fights on the card.
There are a total of 10 episodes in season 10 with each installment airing Tuesday nights on Paramount+.
First debuting back in 2017, the series launched by UFC CEO Dana White features up and coming fighters across all weight classes with the promotion handing out contracts at the end of each episode. The series has produced four future UFC champions — Sean O’Malley, Jamahal Hill, Jack Della Maddalena and Carlos Ulberg — along with numerous top contenders.
Other names to come from The Contender Series over the years include Lone’er Kavanagh, Kevin Vallejos, Jacobe Smith, David Martinez, Ateba Gautier, Quillan Salkilld, Payton Talbott, Jean Silva, Carlos Prates, Josh Hokit, Mauricio Ruffy, Kevin Holland, Caio Borralho, Brendan Allen and Joe Pyfer.
The UFC hasn’t announced any official matchups for The Contender Series season 10 just yet but the first full card is expected to be finalized in the near future.
