Poupet’s team loses against Cholet and is now 14-9 in the standings

ASVEL’s season has been inconsistent in the French league. Poupet’s team loses away to Cholet (93-85), leaving them 14-9 in the standings, far from the top.

Gerald Ayayi was the top scorer for the local team (22 p.). David Lighty (21 p.) and Braian Angola (19 p.) led the team on the loss.

ASVEL struggled again in the first half. The EuroLeague team couldn’t match the home team’s pace before halftime (44-39).

Although they tried in the second half, they couldn’t match the pace to achieve the comeback and the away victory (93-85).
